 First and foremost there is the pleasure of knowing you’ve made a substantial difference to your neighborhood and the quality of life of Queen Anne residents and visitors.
For donations $10,000 and over:

  • There will be engraved thanks and your name will be listed in the park
  • For businesses we will create a thank you sign that you can display at your place of business
For donations over $2,500 and over:
  • We will thank you on a large sign in the park while the project is underway.
  • Thank you announcement sent to community e-mail list of over 200 involved Queen Anne residents
  • In the completed park there will be an area for engraved recognition of major gifts as well as recognition at specific areas that have been sponsored.

Can I sponsor a particular area or piece of equipment, like a bench, a slide or the 5-12 play area?

If I donate will I get a t-shirt or mug or other cool gift?

The idea of hundreds of Queen Anne-ites sporting their t-shirt or sipping their coffee with B-HIP pride is a wonderful thought! But the consensus has been that most people would like to have all of their donation go directly to the park itself. So, given the cost of such items and the overhead of managing getting them to the donors, we've decided for now not to do physical donor gifts like t-shirts.
