If you would like to be kept up to date on the B-HIP project, please sign up for the interestbighoweorg mailing list by sending an email to b-hipbighoweorg or by filling out the form below. This list is intended for those in the community who would like to receive periodic updates on the project; only steering committee members will be able to send to this list. So no spam!
Your email address will only be used to facilitate communication about the B-HIP project and will not be distributed to any third parties unrelated to the project except as may required by law. To be removed from the mailing list, follow the instructions in your welcome message or send an email to interest-requestbighoweorg. Volunteer or Donate In-kind Services
If you would like to get involved, volunteer your skills, services, brain, brawn, please contact us at b-hipbighoweorg.
Right now (April, 2005) we need lots of help with fundraising and community outreach, including manning booths at community events, handing out flyers etc.
Let us know if there’s a specific way in which you would like to help. Volunteer efforts could take the form of fundraising, helping to set up events or man booths, demolishing the existing playground, actually helping to install the playground shoveling wood chips, coordinating work-parties etc.
Examples:
Bill – 3 hours demo & build on three weekends = 9 hours
Cammie – I can do 15 hours this summer – whatever you need
